I've had a chance to browse through some of the photos from Mary Knox and Matthew's AMAZING wedding in Sewanee last weekend and flagged a few that I thought were good ones. There are tons more to come! Check back here in a week or two and I should have the rest up by then.

Margaret and Gabriel's Sewanee Wedding - October 3rd, 2009 - Sewanee, TN

After a bout with H1N1/Swine Flu, I've finally finished Margaret and Gabriel's photos. What a great weekend it was in Sewanee! They were married in All Saints Chapel and had a reception at the Sewanee Inn. Taylor's did the flowers and Jayne Slagle with Natural Bridge Events did the catering. Both were phenomenal! Margaret looked absolutely stunning and she and Gabriel were great to work with.

Akins Twins - Newborn Baby Photos

Last week I met up with my friend Carolyn who just gave birth to two beautiful girls! We spent an hour or so together while they did their best to work the camera. They were so good and barely made a peep. Carolyn was great with them and you can tell she will be an amazing mom. She's a natural! While we were shooting one of the girls, Carolyn's mom helped out with the other, so a big thanks goes out to her as well.

Welcome Carrie! Newborn Photos

I went to meet little Miss Carrie last week who is an amazingly beautiful little girl! We met up at her home and spent some quality time with her parents and grandmother getting lots of great shots. Carrie's parents hired me to capture her entire first year, so you'll be seeing lots more of this sweet baby! Here are a few of my favorites from the shoot. The rest can be seen and ordered here.

1 Year Session at Percy Warner Park

I did a 1 year session for one of the cutest kids I've worked with in a while! Little Gryffin was outstanding! Well behaved and fun to work with the whole time. We met at Percy Warner Park at the end of Belle Meade Blvd. It's not usually my favorite place to shoot b/c there are oftentimes 1700 other photographers there, but we went on a Wednesday morning and it was almost deserted which was great! We captured some great shots of this little guy in his awesome brown corduroy sport coat. We caught a hint of color in the photos making for some nice Fall shots.
