Welcome to the Zach Goodyear Photography Blog!

I regret to say that after 8 great years, I have made the difficult decision to close the doors of Zach Goodyear Photography. It's something I'm still passionate about, but with a growing family and my main career and love of real estate, I am running out of free hours in the day.

If you are looking for a wedding photographer, please don't hesitate to contact one of my fellow photographers who are great: Rich Kalonick or Ryan Dunnewold.

If you are looking for a portrait photographer, please feel free to contact Sandy Burr.

Thanks for your understanding and patience!

Katie and Scott's Engagement Photos

I have the great pleasure of photographing the wedding of my friend Scott and his fiance Katie. We went out to the reception location for their engagement portraits, Cedarvine Manor, which happens to the the former home of Scott's great grandparents. Here are a few of their shots!

The rest can be found here.

These are gorgeous, Zach. I love the light in the second one, and the texture in the black and white one with the wooden building ... and that last one of her is beautiful. But maybe my absolute favorites are the B&W ones of them laughing - great captures, both of them. Looking forward to seeing the wedding pics!

Beautiful photos! I don't know how you will decide. Loved the shoes! It's fascinating to watch the color photos change to an equally beautiful black and white. I also loved the ones of their laughing together, the one of them on the bridge facing to the left as if looking to the future. The close-ups of them together are unbeatable.

What a FUN e-session shoot! I love how much personality you let shine through!!! I think my favorite is the long shot with them on the wooden wall but I love the one of them laughing too!
